What am i getting myself into lol:)
Just wanted to say Hi to everyone My boys joined the local ACF and it has bitten me also so went and found what being an Instructor was all about and i must say i was rather impressed. I am going to sign up.....

I am wondering what to expect during the training etc but im sure i can find all the info i need on here

Welcome hellfire2010- you may well be asking that still in a few years time!

If you have any questions just post them and you will get loads of advice, a lot of it offered by people with loads of Regular, TA or Cadet Force experience both adults and cadets, all, in my limited experience, pretty switched on.

One thread (and there are a couple similar which I can't remember at pres), you might find good is this one:

Whippet is a PI and going through the training process at the moment being parent to a cadet at a Detachment and followed through the interest!

My Dad too is an adult instructor in the CCF, though he got the bug even before I was born, so he's been at it for a while.

Good luck with becoming an instructor, there are many people on this site who have been through the process, and some that are going through it right now, so there is no shortage of help should you ask for it.
